Return Policy

Spirits: A replacement bottle, or a refund, will only be issued if: the goods are damaged or defective from the distillery, they were purchased directly through, and they are returned no later than thirty days from initial purchase.

Opened bottles, or any product purchased from a third party seller, (ex. liquor stores, markets, grocery stores, etc.), are not available for replacement or returns.

All other items other than Spirits: returns will only be accepted in unused/same condition it was received. Original packaging, if any, shall also be included with the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

All shipping fees back to the distiller are the responsibility of the Customer. Please make sure the items are securely and safely packed, as we do not accept liability for the condition of their return to the distillery.
