METHOD: Add all ingredients except soda into a shaker tin over ice. Shake, double strain and top with soda. Served up in a champagne flute

METHOD: Add all ingredients into a shaker tin, serve in a rocks glass over ice.

- 2 Dash Tabasco
- 4 Dash Worcestershire Sauce

METHOD: Add all ingredients into a shaker tin, stir, serve over ice in a celery salted Collins glass.

- 45 mL Lumette Bright Light
- 15 mL Lime Juice

METHOD: Add all ingredients into tall glass over ice, top up with Cola, stir, serve.

- 45 mL Lumette London Dry
- 15 mL Lemon Juice
- 15 mL Simple Syrup
- 3 Muddled Cucumber Slices
- 90 mL Elderflower Soda

METHOD: Add all ingredients, except sparkling water into a shaker tin, muddle cucumber, add ice, shake, double strain into tall glass over ice, top with sparkling elderflower water, stir, serve

GARNISH: Cucumber Peel, Lemon Wheel

- 45 mL Lumette London Dry
- 15 mL Blood Orange Syrup
- 10 mL Lemon Juice
- 90 mL Vanilla Soda

METHOD: Add all ingredients into a wine glass except soda, add ice, top with dry vanilla soda, stir, serve

- 15 mL Lime Juice
- 90 mL Soda Water

METHOD: Add all ingredients, except soda, into a tall glass over ice, top with soda, stir, serve

- 45 mL Lumette London Dry
- 22 mL Grapefruit Juice
- 7 mL Lemon Juice
- 15 mL Honey Syrup*
- 180 mL Elderflower Tonic

*Honey Syrup: 2 parts honey 1 part hot water

Method: Add all ingredients except tonic into a shaker tin, shake with ice and fine strain into Collins glass over ice. Top with Elderflower tonic and stir 3 times

- 60 mL Lumette London Dry
- 90 mL  Honey
- 1 Pinch Sea Salt
- 150 g Full Fat Plain Yogurt 
- 150 mL Half & Half Cream
- 100 mL Filtered Water
- 30 mL Lemon Juice
- 7 mL Orange Blossom Water

Method: Add all ingredients together in blender, blend on low, pour liquid into popsicle molds, add popsicle stick, and store in the freezer
